Submission Information

We the People is now accepting submissions for our journal, which is published annually in December. We accept unsolicited publications via Scholastica and directly to our email (wtpjournal@elon.edu). Publications are generally reviewed between August and October.

Submission Guidelines

The opportunity to submit to this publication is open to individuals who are currently working to obtain a juris doctor degree at an accredited university and those who already hold a juris doctor degree. We the People requires authors to include a curriculum vitae with their submission.

Submissions to our journal should be word processed and double-spaced. Citations should be in footnote form and in compliance with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed.). Submissions are open to articles that do not exceed 12,000 words.
